Campus Life

Campus Life combines healthy relationships with creative programs to help middle and high school students make good choices, establish a solid foundation for life, and positively impact their schools. Like all of YFC's programs, Campus Life seeks to engage these young people wherever they are found as lifelong followers of Jesus Christ.

At Campus Life clubs, students will find a place where they can be themselves, fit in, and have fun! We talk about things that are relevant to teens wherever they are in life and give them a chance to be heard, talk about what is going on in their lives, and know that a caring adult is there and ready to listen. We enjoy having fun and playing lots of active games like dodgeball, but especially enjoy our discussion times where we talk about topics important to our students.

We hope that your student will come to Campus Life and get involved! It's a great place to make friends and feel like you are a part of something.

We are currently serving in 15 area high schools and 20 middle schools in the Omaha area. Our staff and over 150 volunteers lead these school-based Campus Life "clubs," large city-wide events, weekly programs in leadership development, character development, tutoring, and community service trips. Approximately 2,000 area students participate annually.

"Without Campus Life, my life would be completely different. Now that I have given my life to Christ, it has really opened my eyes to new things. I go to church every Sunday with my Campus Life leaders. I have started to volunteer with middle school Campus Life. I have been given a great opportunity to start working with my Campus Life leader to do the elementary school program. After I graduate next year I want to go to a Christian college and do what my Campus Life leaders do every week. With Christ I found a new sense of caring for other people I never had before." - Yvonne (High School)

"Thanks to Jesus Christ and the way He has used Campus Life in my life, I have opportunity to be the first one in my family to not be addicted to drugs or alcohol. I have the chance to be the first one to have kids AFTER I get married. Thanks to Jesus and Campus Life, I have hope for my future and understanding about my past." - Alyssa (High School)

"I don't regret devoting my life to Jesus. I love getting to know God better. I can tell a difference in the way I act, and others have told me they notice as well. I leave you with this. If you have not yet devoted your life to God, then you should do it. You won't regret it!" - Dalen (Middle School)
